Learning About the Members of our School Community

Every day we have been getting to know our classmates and teachers a little better. We greet each other by name during our morning meetings, and today we worked on Venn diagrams with a partner. We found out many things that we have in common. For example, William and Miles discovered that they've both visited Legoland:

Perhaps the most exciting discovery was when partners Mysha and Arjun discovered that they have the same birthday!

We also had the chance to visit the school library for the first time this week. There, we met two important people, Ms Diaz and Ms Katie. Ms Diaz, our primary school librarian, talked to us about the importance of being safe, responsible and respectful in the library.
